Established in 2008, Bend Electric Bikes is your local ebike expert and we service non-ebikes too! We are Certified Bosch bike mechanics, as well as hold certifications for Shimano, Enviolo and Specialized. Our service techs are ready to handle all your service needs to keep you riding.

Base Tune
$125
Base Tune-Up includes:
Basic bike wash
Clean and inspect brakes,adjust for best performance, replace pads if needed
Inspect wheels, tires rims, properly inflate tires
Adjust headset as needed
Inspect drivetrain and tune for proper function, replace shift cable if needed
Check all hardware for proper torque, adjust as needed
Update software
Clean battery connection (please bring your key), lubricate lock assembly
Test ride
** Parts additional, some cargo bikes may have additional cost
** Brake bleed (if needed) $40 per brake
Comprehensive Tune
$275
Recommended yearly or more frequent for high mileage riders
Includes Base Tune PLUS:
Detailed bike wash, clean and Polish
Replace shift cable, lubricate housing
Clean and grease freehub
Wheel true and tension
Headset- disassemble, clean, inspect bearings
Hydraulic brake fluid refresh and bleed both brakes
Clean belt if belt-drive

Overhaul

Includes Comprehensive Tune Plus:
Complete disassembly and rebuild
All new cables and housings (brakes and shifting)
Clean all electrical connections
Ultrasonic clean drivetrain parts or replace if worn
Suspension services addressed per specific bike

Our eBike Service Center is located at 123 NE Greenwood Ave in Bend across from Miller Lumber
We are open M-F 9am to 4:30pm
We accept all bikes for mechanical service.
We limit service of electrical systems to our in-house brands, plus ebikes with Bosch, and Shimano (motor + battery) systems.
At your appointment we will assess the service needs and give you an estimate of cost and completion time.

Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
